We hope you love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Our return policy keeps things straightforward, with no restocking fees and no return shipping charges.
How Long Do You Have?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After that window, unfortunately we can’t accept the item back.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible, the item needs to be unused, in the exact same condition you received it, and packed up in its original packaging with all tags attached. If you received a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll sort it out quickly and make sure you’re not stuck with something faulty.
How the Return Works
Packing up a return shouldn’t cost you anything. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Just contact our support team at info@bllackdiiammond.it.com, and we’ll email you the label and the next steps.

When Will I Get My Money Back?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. However, the time it takes for the money to actually appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. In most cases, it takes an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to post. We’ll send you an email as soon as the refund has been initiated from our end.
